An Architectural Icon for Benchmark Cuisine

Veles e Vents offers a prime venue for talks, conferences, and meetings, as well as an extensive and carefully curated gastronomic selection.

The building, designed by the prestigious architect David Chipperfield, is managed by Grupo La Sucursal, a benchmark in Valencian haute cuisine, recognized with Michelin Stars (2005, 2008) and Two Repsol Suns (2024). Its gastronomic director, Javier de Andrés, has been honored with the National Gastronomy Award.
