-
Azimut, Bali, Beneteau, Excess, Kattum, Hanse, Jeanneau, Nautor’s Swan, Ryck, Quicksilver, Bayliner, Navan, Nuva yachts, Yamaha and Rio Yachts will present their range of sailing and motor boats and new products at the Valencian event.
The Valencia Boat Show, which will hold its 15th edition from 23 to 27 October at La Marina de València, has already confirmed the presence of around twenty leading firms in the sector: Azimut, Bali, Beneteau, Excess, Kattum, Hanse, Jeanneau, Nautor’s Swan, Ryck, Quicksilver, Bayliner, Navan, Nuva yachts, Yamaha and Rio Yachts, which will be presenting a selection of sailing and motor boats at the event, as well as their latest innovations.
“Valencia is this year the only new boat show in autumn, which, together with the possibility of sea trials with the units on display, makes it the best option for brands to gain visibility and close sales,” says Isabel Gil, the event’s director.
“We are seeing how the sector has decided to make a strong commitment to Valencia at a decisive moment for the Spanish nautical sector. And thanks to the work of these fifteen years of Unión de Empresas Náuticas, we will be able to showcase our territory and our business network as a benchmark,” Gil continues.
Exhibitor registrations are progressing at a good pace with seven months to go until the start of the show, and leading brands such as Azimut, Hanse, Ryck and Nautor’s Swan have already confirmed their presence, through their distributor Marina Estrella, who confirmed the presence of “interesting clients” at the last edition of the València show.
The distributors of large French shipyards such as Jeanneau and Beneteau are regulars at the event and will once again present their units on the pontoons of La Marina de València: Náutica AZA will be present with Jeanneau sailing boats and Yamaha motor boats and will be back with the Bali multihulls after their success at the last edition.
For its part, Sportnautic will be showing a wide range of Beneteau models, as well as its youngest and most dynamic line of catamarans, Excess, which is always very popular with visitors. “The good thing about sailing is that there is a public for all types of boats, and the love of sailing is growing”, said the company at the close of the last edition of the show.
The dianense Xiram Náutica has also confirmed the presence of two motor units from the Rio Yachts shipyard, the Rio Daytona 35 and Rio Le Mans 50, and Navaltec will present models from Quicksilver, Bayliner, Navan and Nuva yachts, completing a list of units for all tastes and types of sailing.
A show of decision and purchase
In its latest editions, the Valencia Boat Show has proved to be a decision-making and buying show, where a good number of transactions are concluded with both local and national and international clients.
The attraction of the event, both for exhibitors and visitors, lies in a combination of factors including the conditions offered by the historic port of Valencia for unrestricted sea trials and the location of the show as the closing event of the Mediterranean boat show season. In this 15th edition, moreover, Valencia becomes the only exhibition option in Spain as far as autumn shows are concerned.
In addition to the exhibition and sale of boats, the Valencian fair will also feature all kinds of nautical companies, from boat rentals, nautical activities, clubs and schools, to companies in the national industrial sector such as sailboats, accessories, ports and marinas, electronics and of course, including an area dedicated to sustainability, one of the challenges facing the sector today.
Associations such as ANPPER, the National Association of Professional Yacht Patrons, which brings together all kinds of professional skippers and other nautical qualifications, and large companies such as Freedom Boat Club, the largest members-only yacht club in the world, have already registered for the event.
Nautical and maritime activities for all tastes will once again be on offer at the Valencia Boat Show, which returns with the slogan “come to the sea”.
