From 23rd to 27th October in La Marina de València.
With just five months to go until the show opens its doors, the Valencia Boat Show has already confirmed the occupation of 70% of the water surface, which will host the latest sailing and motor boats from the sector’s leading brands and shipyards. For this reason, and in view of the growing interest from brands and potential exhibitors, the organisers are considering expanding the exhibition space in the Valencian dock.
“The possibility of carrying out sea trials with the boats on display, together with the fact that this year Valencia is the only major autumn boat show held in Spain, is a great attraction for brands,” says Isabel Gil, director of the event, which this year celebrates its 15th edition from 23 to 27 October at La Marina de València.
Ports, marinas and the nautical industry
In a particularly important year for the nautical sector in Spain, marked by the celebration of the America’s Cup and coinciding with the 15th anniversary of the Valencia Boat Show, the boat show has made a firm commitment to specialising in the nautical industry, ranging from infrastructures to sustainable solutions and boat tuning.“Conversations with exhibitors have led us to detect the industrial sector’s need for a benchmark meeting point where they can showcase their products and generate synergies,” says Gil, who stresses that in this sector “Valencia is a leader”.
Thus, the ‘Bocana’ area of the Valencia Boat Show will bring together ports and marinas, refit & repair companies, paint, pontoons and turrets, among others, with a special focus on solutions and products linked to innovation and sustainability.
Rebooz, a technology company specialising in green hydrogen that operates in the automotive, marine and renewable energy sectors, has chosen the Valencia Boat Show as the starting point for its expansion in Spain. Companies such as Vulkan, Varadero Valencia and Atlantic Yacht Services, among others, have also confirmed their participation in the event.
New section dedicated to sport fishing
The Valencia Boat Show is also committed to creating a special section dedicated to sport fishing, a meeting point for companies, professionals and enthusiasts of this sport and a unique space to showcase products and share experiences.
