General conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets for Valencia Boat Show 2026

These General Purchase Conditions govern the acquisition of tickets for the Valencia Boat Show 2026, a nautical trade fair to be held from 28 October to 1 November 2026 at Marina Port Valencia, Veles e Vents Building, 46024 Valencia (Spain).
Completing a purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions. UNIÓN EMPRESAS NÁUTICAS reserves the right to modify them, with the version published at the time of purchase being applicable.
These conditions apply exclusively to the sale of visitor tickets through the website valenciaboat.com. Conditions for exhibitor participation are governed by their own particular conditions.
Tickets purchased through this website grant access to the Valencia Boat Show 2026 fairgrounds under the terms indicated for each ticket type:
The ticket is personal and non-transferable, except with express communication by the holder (see "Cancellation and refund" section). Each ticket includes a unique QR code that must be presented at the venue access points, either digitally (mobile) or printed.

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the user receives the payment confirmation and the ticket by email.
Ticket prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
UNIÓN EMPRESAS NÁUTICAS is a non-profit association. Where tax regulations require the application of Value Added Tax (VAT), this will be expressly indicated during the purchase process.
Prices published on the website are those in effect at the time of purchase. UNIÓN EMPRESAS NÁUTICAS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the price shown at the time the user completes the transaction being applicable.
Payment is made through the secure Redsys payment gateway, which complies with the highest security standards for electronic transactions:
UNIÓN EMPRESAS NÁUTICAS does not store your bank card details at any time. All payment data is processed directly by the banking institution through its secure infrastructure.
The main payment methods by bank card are accepted (Visa, Mastercard and others accepted by the gateway). The charge will be made at the time of purchase confirmation.
Tickets are delivered exclusively in digital format, by email to the address provided during the purchase process.

If after 30 minutes from payment confirmation you have not received your ticket, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you cannot find it, contact us at info@valenciaboat.com or call +34 616 83 24 19, providing your name and the transaction reference number.
There is no physical delivery of tickets. The buyer is responsible for keeping and presenting the ticket at the venue access, in digital or printed format.
Right of withdrawal: pursuant to Article 103, letter l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for leisure and entertainment events with a specific date. Therefore, once the purchase is completed, the ticket cannot be returned and the amount will not be refunded on this basis.
Event cancellation: if the Valencia Boat Show 2026 is entirely cancelled for reasons attributable to the organisation, UNIÓN EMPRESAS NÁUTICAS will provide a full refund of the amount paid for each ticket within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the official cancellation announcement, through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Date changes: if for reasons of force majeure or exceptional circumstances the event is held on different dates, tickets purchased will remain valid for the new dates. If the buyer cannot attend on the new dates, they may request a refund within 15 calendar days of the change announcement by contacting info@valenciaboat.com.
Change of holder: the ticket is personal and non-transferable. However, if the original holder cannot attend, they may request a change of holder data by emailing info@valenciaboat.com with the ticket reference and the new holder's details, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the event. This service is free and subject to availability.
Claims procedure: for any incident related to your purchase, you can contact us at info@valenciaboat.com. We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days.
As a consumer, you are protected by Spanish and European consumer protection legislation, in particular by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The personal data provided during the purchase process (name, email, phone and, where applicable, ID number or company details) will be processed by UNIÓN EMPRESAS NÁUTICAS as data controller.
Purpose: management of the purchase, issuance and delivery of the ticket, and handling of any related incidents.

Retention period: data will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting), with a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase.

For the resolution of disputes arising from the purchase, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, except in cases where consumer regulations applicable to the buyer establish a more favourable jurisdiction for them.
