Marina Port Valencia is a trailblazing project that promises to become a global benchmark as a yachting and water sports destination. This destination is the result of the fusion of two major groups on the yachting scene, IPM-IMG Group and Ocibar, which will work towards making this project a reality. The space will consist of three marinas for yachts from 8 to 130 metres and an 80,000 m2 refit yard equipped with travel lift of up to 750 tons for refit & repair jobs. However, this marina won't just focus solely on the yachting industry, as it will feature a modern retail and business area with offices, co-working spaces, retail units, restaurants, and leisure and lifestyle attractions that will offer a truly unique connection with Valencia, with a view to integrating the port with the city.
